Extreme Value Package Challenge
This eLearning course was created to train Aliant sales reps. It included motivational messaging, new sales strategies, interactive role-playing exercises, and a quiz.
The goal: To train reps with engaging and intreractive exercises to gain stronger retention of information. Employees were encouraged to reach the top of the mountain (i.e. the end of the course) with their climber avatar. The climber avatar (right side) is the progress indicator for both the current module and the course.
Individual employee test scores were individually tracked via a custom LMS.
